10 Things You are Not Doing in Your Advertisements

Closing a Sale, 10 thing you are not doing in your ads
Closing a sale can be a lot easier if you have positioned yourself and your product right, and marketing is the best way to do that. Here, are the 10 things you are not doing in your advertisements that will get you to start closing a sale!

1. Give the readers of your ad a story, do not tell them about the features distinguish what your features do for them.

2. Be different; your ad should not look like all the rest of the ads in that magazine, stand out and be noticed.

3. If you are selling on price (which I do not recommend) tell the reader the deal they are getting. Create scarcity by saying that this deal is for a limited time only.

4. Target your ads, if you know you are losing sales to a group or region go after those readers and convert them. Do not waste money on routine ads that are seen buy a lot of people. If your real need is to get customers in Illinois, focus on local ads they cheaper and they fulfil your goals.

5. Is you competition known for taking too long for delivers, tell your prospects you can do it faster.

6. Highlight your products benefits, not the features, all too often we think the features are cleaver, and we want to tell the world…. The buyer only care about what it does for them.

7. Give money back guarantees if you can, you see this one alot, because it works.

8. Offer free incentives when they buy; the best thing to do is giveaway uncommon literature, a "how to" book that you have made is an excellent item to give away, this will show you off as an authority and they are fairly cheap to make.

9. Offer the customer social proof, that is everyone else is buying your product how come they are not. Nobody likes to be different.

10. Give the readers solutions to their problems for free; this will give your company credibility and show you as an authority in the industry.
